The calendars have arrived and they look beautiful! All back orders will go out this week. I also have most of the fabric in stock with a few exceptions: #2311, #2301 and #2302 are still expected within the next 3 weeks. My cost for the fabric has also increased but I will not change the price until mid-September.

I hope you are enjoying the last days of summer. I can not believe that September is almost here. Labor day in two weeks!! Whew. . . the summer went fast! I enjoyed seeing you at the shows and hearing about your new projects! I have a few weeks between shows and appearances and am spending some time in my studio . . . very happily!! I am working on ideas that will include covered bridges and of course quilts!!

Thank you all for your continuing notes of sympathy on my Dad's passing. I can not believe it has been 3 months and everyday I miss him so very much. My Dad would have celebrated 88 years on September 6 . . . Labor Day this year.

Stone Mill Autumn Crossing Many years ago I came upon this beautiful stone mill. I spent several hours enjoying the quiet water of the pond. Autumn leaves drifted on the breeze.
