Diane has always shipped world-wide on phone or e-mail orders. Now shipping world-wide even on web orders, with international pricing for shipping. No need for Canadian customers to call Diane. Just use this web site.

For other international customers you can use web shipping rates which may be higher than shipping rates for orders you call in. Phone orders pay only actual shipping costs with no added handling fees.

But please phone or write to ship these orders, if you think the shipping is too high. If the actual shipping on web orders is significantly lower I will issue a refund when I ship your order. I have been hit hard by PayPal (my shopping cart) not charging enough for shipping. I have tried experimenting with web orders overseas and this is the best I can come up with.

International shipping is very expensive and my rates are not a profit center for me. I don't make a profit off a "handling fee."
